- Ingredients: Your choice of seafood, tomato, onion, cilantro, jalapeno, limes and salt & pepper to taste
- Instructions: Chop tomato, onion, cilantro and jalapeno. Add in lime-cooked seafood (your choice of shrimp, corvina or mahi), additional lime juice, salt and pepper. Mix things up and enjoy!
