You can try your hand at an activity you’ve never tried before, team up and win a sports tournament, meet new friends, dive in, dance, watch exclusively choreographed shows. The Viva Resorts by Wyndham with numerous and particularly active staffs are the four located in Bayahibe (Dominican Republic) and Playacar (Riviera Maya). But even in the other four there is no shortage of opportunities to have the time of your life!

In Mexico we start at 10 a.m., daily yoga class on the beach to stretch out a bit, Spanish class in the pool area (you’ll need it in almost all our hotels!), aqua aerobics with music, cornhole, the outdoor throwing game. Before lunch a merengue, salsa and bachata class to burn calories!
Around 4 p.m. beach volleyball on the beach or zumba class in the pool area; or even cooking and mixology classes, so you can amaze your friends when you get home! And at cocktail hour we accompany you with live music, be it flamenco, rock, or on the notes of saxophone or violin, for every taste and every ear!
After dinner, the party gets started. Rendezvous in the theater with the shows of our own production; we have prepared costumes and sets ranging from the Latino world to the Lion King fairy tale, from the acrobatics of our Trapeze athletes to the US atmospheres of Broadway, Hollywood and Las Vegas.
And then it’s not over: it’s time for parties! Let’s unleash your desire to go wild with the noche mexicana or the Hawaiian party, with the Neon Party or the one with a Total White look, with the unforgettable rhythms of the 70s/80s or with karaoke where the star performer on the microphone can be you!
In Bayahibe you can’t help but find something to your liking. Do you love sports so much? We organize sailing regattas, have new padel and pickleball courts, a regulation trapeze with instructors, TRX stations, the PADI diving center. Do you dream of doing something crazy? Every now and then our foam parties make a pool…. completely white… endless laughter! We’ll teach you how to dance to Latin rhythms, you’ll see your partner won’t recognize you. Out hiking in the afternoon? No problem, when you come back for drinks we’ll be ready with a piano bar. What about kids? For them colorful mini-clubs and movie screenings in the theater around 8:15 p.m. We like to set up special events, such as the Silent Party, movies under the stars (except with the full moon, which is very bright in the Caribbean), and evenings designed on our guests by alternating their nationalities. Our evening shows are renowned; come and discover Akumbaya and The Immortal One, Moulin Rouge or Magic Kingdom productions. And if you want to stay up late, after the theater the night goes on in the Placita, with Dominican or country party, tropical or pareo party, white dress code or Playboy-inspired party.
What else? In Grand Bahama pickleball tournaments and paintball challenges, archery competitions, bocce ball, table tennis, volleyball by the sea. In Samaná yoga in the meadow, a large gym, group windsurfing classes, cocktail classes, live music. In Cabarete kitesurfing courses, just pure adrenaline!
