Viva Resorts by Wyndham is preparing for the upcoming grand opening of its latest resort, Viva Miches by Wyndham, a ‘Trademark All-Inclusive Resort,’ on December 11, just in time for the winter season.

This brand-new resort marks Viva Resorts by Wyndham’s ninth all-inclusive property in the Caribbean and sixth in the Dominican Republic. The eco-conscious resort boasts 538 accommodations with garden, ocean and oceanfront views, some featuring private plunge pools, all designed to reflect the lush surroundings with a breezy, earth-tone palette.

Guests can indulge in culinary delights at five distinct restaurants, featuring an international buffet and four á la cartes — each dedicated to a specific global cuisine: Latin fusion, Asian specialties, Oceanic creations and Mediterranean fare.

With an investment of $80 million for the first phase, Viva Miches sets the stage for future expansion. A second phase is planned to bring the resort to approximately 750 rooms, with a total investment of $130 million.

Viva Miches by Wyndham is located in the picturesque town of Miches on the northeastern coast of the Dominican Republic. This tranquil locale offers untouched beaches, sprawling landscapes and a serene atmosphere. For added accessibility and convenience, the new property is just an hour and a half from Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ).

“Viva Miches represents a significant milestone for Viva Resorts by Wyndham,” says Dominique Colussi, vice president of development. “We are excited to expand even further and introduce this exceptional resort to travellers seeking an all-inclusive experience on an off-the-beaten-path paradise. This hidden jewel promises a magical escape for all.”
